MV Agusta F3: Checking Oil
The correct procedure
1. Unscrew the oil filler cap and remove it from its seat.
2. Wipe the check dipstick with a clean cloth and fully
screw the oil filler cap in its seat, then unscrew it again
in order to check the engine oil level.
MV Agusta Oil leak
So the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 I bought from TRD Motorcycles had an oil leak and was clearly dripping from the oil drain plug underneath the engine. I contacted the dealership about it and they “solved” the issue by replacing the oil drain plug. After a few ride outs it started dripping oil again. I decided to order an OEM oil drain plug and this is what the Italians sent me.
